It's not over...
I was sitting on train this morning coming into work, and I noticed a woman wearing a Kerry/Edwards 04 pin on her jacket. Some one had the audacity to say to her, "the elections are over", pointing at her pin. Her response was, "It's not over. The president hasn't been elected yet." For me this was a great way to start the morning, and gave me inspiration. I proclaim, that we continue to wear our pins, and let out voice be heard. What ever happens next month, this shouldn't stop us either, because it's never over.

5. Your not! So do I along with my "check out www.blackboxvoting.org"
home made sign. I just love it when I drive from Fort Myers Beach FL up to Ocala about once a month and either get nasty looks or inquires. Of course, it's the inquires that I want! :)

10. Still wear my buttons and my sign is up in my window.
IMHO, the shit is going to hit the fan very badly soon. I want my sign up there to remind people that they had a choice and blew it and that I didn't vote for the fucking Chimp.

I picked a good bumper sticker last summer - "Bush is a punk-ass chump" - so I can leave it on as long as necessary!

13. The voting is over--but not the election
Right now I am wearing a Kerry/Edwards Tee-shirt, a NAtional Air Traffic controlers association for Kerry lapel pin, My sweatjacket has one of those round Kerry/Edwards stickers (I still have about100 left on a roll), My backpack has a "I voted early for Kerry/Edwards"
From when I was working in FL. And a "South Orange Democrats support John Kerry" from here in NJ. Before Edwards was picked.
Its a matter of Pride. I quit my job here in NJ to work in the Campaign in Miramar FLorida. We kicked butt--we won--Kerry won.

16. My yard signs are still up as well
I also left my "Kerry/Edwards for Truth" bumper sticker on. I also have ones that read "Proud to be American, Ashamed of my government", "Now that you shmucks have conquered Iraq, why don't you move there", and "BARF Bush Administration Retirement Fund", "BUSH Wrong then, wrong now". Still wear my gold Kerr/Edwards 2004 button as well on my lapel.

20. Bumper sticker still on! And a "Kerry/Edwards" balloon that...
I inflated on Election Day still floats proudly in my livingroom! The fact that it still retains its 'air' after all this time I take as a DEFINITE 'sign!'

Keep it floating! :bounce:

19. That is so cool!
That makes my morning, too.

Oh, how we would celebrate, if...

But I can hear Bush and his cronies, and his duped and hypnotized half of the country saying, "Fuck you." Or "It's over." Or "We ain't leaving".

But it's rolling over and not fighting that has killed me. I've done that my entire life. Especially with the drug war. Same thing, to me. The country didn't even lift it's head.

Good for her. YAY!
