8. I beleive that they need to resubmit the
Athens county vote, that should bring it back down to 118,506

4. I have a hard time beleiving that
156k provisionals--with 3600 repub challengers--the provisionals SHOULD be 90% or better for Kerry.
78% of provisionals weregood -not spoiled--Soo there "should" be a 118k --or so good provisionals, of which 90% would be about 100k.
An Additional 100k votes for Kerry---sure.

14. So I guess we don't have to honor Issue 1
the ACLU just put on a some street theater at the Athens Co. courthouse to "honor" Issue 1 - a marriage ceremony between the Ohio Constitution and Bigotry. This ain't no red state here.

7. Seattle Times: Two groups vow to contest election
Everyone, please -- the 'numbers from OH' are meaningless. What we do now to support those groups who are going to save our franchise and force a fair and valid election is all that matters.

Here is the link to the Seattle Times article (and please note that if you do a google search on 'Arnebeck election fraud' you will already see 255+ hits; 5 days ago you might have gotten a link to something at dKos or here)

By Steven Thomma
Knight Ridder Newspapers

2 December 2004

"WASHINGTON -- Ohio counties yesterday certified election results showing that President Bush won the pivotal battleground state Nov. 2 and with it a second term. But disgruntled groups alleging vote fraud planned to contest the statewide result and demand a recount.
One coalition plans to seek a recount. Another plans to file a lawsuit with the state Supreme Court today contesting Bush's victory.

Official results from Ohio's 88 counties were sent yesterday to Secretary of State Ken Blackwell. He is expected to certify the tally Monday showing that Bush won the state.

The challenges are proceeding along two tracks."

Peace.

9. That was to be expected.
What was not to be expected is that the Ohioan Republican Secretary of State, who is in charge of the state's voting machines, would also be the co-chairman of Bush's "re-election" campaign.

What was not to be expected is that Diebold's CEO Wally O'Dell, would promise to deliver Ohio's electoral votes to Bush.

Ken Blackwell was too smug in his appearance on "Countdown" earlier this week. Whatever they did to those e-machines to get those electoral votes delivered to Bush is something he's feeling confident about not being discovered. Let's hope there's more than re-counting going on in Ohio.

15. 2 counties showing less votes
According to what was originally posted for 2 counties at the Ohio-SOS site, the numbers have gone down with the final tally in Sandusky county and in Harrison County.

Sandusky County had the error with double counting some votes, so perhaps that accounts for that one:

They originally had on 11/7/04:

Bush: 17,824
Kerry: 13,909

They now show:
Bush: 16,198
Kerry:12,653

This one I don't understand:
Harrison county showed on 11/7/04

Bush: 4318
Kerry:3824

Today the numbers are:

Bush: 4274
Kerry:3780
