All I want to see is one piece of BBV evidence from Volusia...
just one photo or an affidavit swearing to the dramatic story about finding the REAL ballot total tapes in the dumpster behind the county building. This is all I am holding onto now that New Hampshire didn't turn out the way I hoped.

2. According to some...
...because the NH recount changed little in relation to the overall tally, it "proved" the integrity of the process. But, "some say" that's a bunch of hooey, and though I think Cobb and Badnarik may have some integrity with which they can leverage a recount where it might matter, Nader has all the credibility of a stinking pile of poo, and I wouldn't send him my last dime if it were trapped in a floatation device and he was drowning.

5. I think it is funny that we are trying to validate their numbers.
If they're corrupt enough to steal it, they are certainly corrupt enough to protect their "data".

Democrats ought to do an end around and start canvassing suspect precincts around the country. Get a comprehensive canvass that asks everyone, who wishes to have their vote counted, who did you vote for? Let's see if our analysis matches the results.

14. Evote fraud in Volusia was caught in 2000 but after it cost Gore Florida
I don't think there is any dispute that Gore got enough legal votes in 2000 to be declared the winner in Florida, and thus to be President; also that in a fair election Gore would have won by
well over 40,000 votes. This was documented by a major effort by big Newspapers, etc. Gore had enough uncounted legal in Florida overvotes where the voters could vote for Gore twice(and
did) because of ballot design, that he would have won without even counting the hanging chads which would have gone to him also. He had thousands vote for him twice in Palm Beach, Duval, Gadsden because of faulty ballot design, wrong instructions by officials, and machines that rejected the votes if you voted for the same candidate twice on 2 different parts of the ballot. Like the polls indicated, the Florida election should not have been close. But it was also
confirmed that over 100,000 eligible minority voters weren't allowed to vote due to official malfeasance(voter suppression)

But voter fraud in Volusia was documented to be a major factor in Gore's loss, as documented by BBV and on another thread. Since the fraud later discovered and corrected by recount in Volusia took so many votes away from Gore's Florida total that he conceded when he shouldn't have, and wouldn't have without the fraud in Volusia and Brevard counties. 3. I am sure you will, at some point.
I suspect that right now, the data and presentation thereof is in a raw state and Bev is not prepared to release a thing.

One must get one's ducks in a row in these things.

4. I Would Like to See Something, Too
There has got to be something concrete she can share.

Bev's stated reason is that she does not want to show her hand prematurely and alert the other locations she is still planning to visit. OK, but Volusia County has been done and is pubic knowledge.

To gain converts, facts must be submitted to a candid world. Getting publicity is a different thing from gaining credibility.

6. Bev has filed suit against the county.
This is the reason she is not releasing all the evidence I suspect. This evidence is listed in her law suit. Check her web site and read the indictment issued against Volusia.

7. That Could be, But She Isn't Communicating Well
with the press, the public, and her supporters. The pattern just doesn't look right, even if it is. And it's not coming from anyone's portrayal of her -- it's from her own site, press releases, and posts. DU is a symnpathetic audience but not a blind one. Maybe she needs a professional PR person. I really hope her efforts are successful.

8. She's communicating just fine
and the press isn't interested in reporting the truth.

From her site:

Harris showed the Volusia County tapes to CNN cameramen, but Harris has never been asked to show any Volusia County materials to any MSNBC producers, or NBC producers. The NBC local affiliate in Palm Beach County asked for the LePore videotape, which Harris promptly provided. The tapes, when showed without editing, show clearly that Olbermann's report was not accurate about the LePore incident either. An edited version of the LePore tape was aired on both Orlando and Palm Beach County NBC affiliates last night.

That's clear to me. When asked she give a copy to a local affiliate.

Keith needs to get off his ass and talk to Bev. Not leave it to staff.

13. aren't these public records?
We are talking about the signed poll tapes right? Aren’t those public records? How does providing signed copies of public records endanger her case in any way? We need those tapes on TV, and we need to give the media enough time to get on this before the Electoral College meets.

9. huh?
"she does not want to show her hand prematurely and alert the other locations she is still planning to visit."

Then WHY did she walk right into a room FULL of FLA election officials and serve papers to LePore? Talk about alerting someone..

C'mon people, please..

I agree with you in principle ribofunk, let's see the evidence..

10. By not Showing Her Hand Prematurely
I mean she wants to surprise people like Teresa LePore, and for those in control of voting materials, not tip them off so they can destroy evidence. That makes sense under the circumstances.

But there are good and bad ways to get your story out. Any sensational charge needs proof. It is better to make a very limited, specific charge, and back it with facts. Bev still needs to do that in this case. It is also better to be diplomatic with sympathetic or persuadable people.

Wayne Madsen and Jeff Fisher are not doing it either, which is why their stories are not gaining more traction. They read like an Al Martin piece, full of breathtaking but unsubstantiated revelations.

I'm not saying any of the charges are wrong. I'm just saying they are not effective communications with the press, the political establishment, or the public.

11. Open your eyes people
I have a UFO in my back yard, but I have to keep it hidden because I don't want to shock people. P.S. I have a bridge for sale.

*IF* this was true there would be NO reason not to release such information totally and in public. Why? Because it's all that it would take to get something REALLY accomplished.

Do you realize the electors will soon be voting and bush will be sworn in? We don't have all the time in the freaking world here. EVERY MINUTE DELAYED is another minute closer to there being NOTHING that can be done. PERIOD. If Harris actually had something there is NO reason not to release it NOW.

In fact, I would say sitting on such information (thus resulting in a psycho path remaining in power who was NOT elected that will lead the country to complete ruin ) borders on treason.

Of course I can recognize when money and fame come first when I see it. I've been seeing it for 4 years every day.

12. If she didnt want to "SHOW HER HAND"
then she wouldnt have been dropping tid bits here.
She has made some pretty serious allegations that SHE ISNT BACKING UP!
It seems a completely self serving excercise.

I think we ALL KNOW that the election wasnt right. But I also think someone else less interested in self promotion is needed to break this thing wide open.

I'm sorry to all of you who feel as if you are being bombarded with negativity about Bev. I support all of you & your efforts 100%. Truth be told, I think many of you have done alot more work to get the word out about Voter Fraud than Bev has. Keep up the good work & remember- YOU ARE THE FUTURE!
