Certifcation timelines

can anyone breifly give me a rundown on the timeline for the recount to happen ?

Now that Blackball has secured up his final tally , where do we go from here ?

I know he will certify on Monday but if hes done know,whats the delay ?

and after he certifies when should we expect the courts to rule for the recount ?

and last but not least, How long would it take to finish ?

Is there time ????????

1. someone posted a thread regarding a blog on msnbc discussing the

fact that blackwell "seemed" to be dragging the process on and this would only give them a day to count millions of ballots. I will see if I can find the link for you.
