Volusia County Case in Court Today
The case of Susan Pynchon vs the Volusia County Elections Canvassing Board concerning irregularities and missing data in this last election will be in court today.

We have received a motion to dismiss, so a hearing will take place today, Friday, December 3, at 2:00 P.M. at the new Volusia County Courthouse (101 N. Alabama, DeLand), Room 411.

We don't know what will happen. It may just be lawyers shuffling papers. However, a show of public support would be greatly appreciated from anyone in the area. Please join us in a quiet and respectful manner at the courthouse. We want to show the judge that we are serious about making elections fair and honest, and making sure that every vote counts.

10. Thanks, Aimee. You need a laptop with a wireless internet connection so
you can report to DU live from the courthouse. :)
