Cuyahoga County Vote Info - Official vs. Unofficial
In Cuyahoga County, Ohio there were 29,091 more ballots as compared to the unofficial tally.

There were 24,788 Provisional ballots cast.

Where did they get 4,313 votes?

I took the information from the unofficial count and compared it to the official count. The provisional ballot count came from the secretary of state.

The county claims to have had 24,472 provisional ballots but the SOS site said it was 24,788. This is a difference of 316 votes so not a big deal, unless of course you're one of the 316 in limbo. So I'll use the official county data since we can't believe the SOS.

Now they also ruled that 8,099 ballots were invalid. So that leaves a total of 16,373 valid provisional ballots. So now, 12,718 have materialized that they did not report on selection day. They said that 100% of the precincts had reported in. I expected a rise in the number of votes but this seems like a large jump.

Also note the number of absentee votes. The new total of absentee votes is 7,438 higher than the unofficial count which I assume was from overseas ballots.

BTW, the absentee votes are not in the 12,718 votes. These are the, "Hey, look what we found!" votes.

The percentage of the voters that voted absentee is now 12.40%. In the Unofficial Tally, the absentee vote was 11.95%. Keep in mind, there was a 6.7% shift towards the Shrub in the unofficial absentee ballot count. I wonder if that shift has grown.

According to the unofficial tally:

The total number of Unofficial ballots cast at the polls was 572,957 ballots where:
Kerry Received 66.9% of the vote or 383,446 votes
Bush Received 32.8% of the vote or 187,854 votes

The total number of Unofficial absentee ballots cast was 80,624 where:
Kerry Received 61.8% of the absentee vote or 49,816 votes
Bush Received 34.4% of the absentee vote or 27,770 votes

The shift towards the Shrub was 6.7%. Has this increased or decreased? Let's see:

Total Number of Official votes cast at the polls was 602,048
Kerry recieved 65.7% or 395,543 votes
Shrub recieved 32.0% or 192,518 votes

Total number of Official absentee votes cast was 85,212
Kerry recieved 58.5% of the absentee vote or 52,943
Shrub recieved 33.7% of the absentee vote or 29,088

The new official shift towards the Shrub is 9.9%. Still think I'm crazy to suggest the absentee ballots was the thing that stole this election?

Now the total of absentee votes for President is 82,382 and the total absentee ballots cast is 85,212. I guess 2,830 or 3.3% of the absentee voters didn't want to or didn't know how vote for the President. I wonder how many were ruled invalid. I guess we will never know.

In the poll votes 13,531 ballots didn't have a vote for President. This is 2.0% of the votes cast at the polls. It seems that poll voters do better at casting ballots for President.

Here's the data from Unofficial to Official
