Theresa LePore keeps changing the $$$ cost to get county records!!!
this story is crazy - Sooooooo funny if it wasn't sad. How did Thresa LePore ever get elected???
====================================================================
CONSUMER PROTECTION FOR ELECTIONS
Updated FRIDAY DEC. 3, 2004: LePore ups the ante: $3,000 ... no, $4,000 ... no, $7,000 for election records.

Though she has yet to present us with a bill, Theresa LePore has been upping the ante every time she talks to the media. It will be at least $3,000, she told the Orlando Sentinel.

That is ... $4,000, she told the Palm Beach NBC affiliate.

Now the $4,000 is for "research" and the $3,000 is for "copies."

Lessee now...at $20 per hour for "research," that is 500 hours to retrieve the same records request that most counties are charging $20 for.

"How much will it be?" Andy Stephenson asked another Florida county, up in the north panhandle.

"Oh, that'll be about a dollah," the supervisor said.

My my my. LePore's records must be gold-plated. We are supposed to get the official bill tomorrow.

Snohomish County wants about $2,500 for their records.

We also did statewide FOIA requests in all 50 states. Texas gave the records to us for free. Colorado charged $1,900 for 3,500 pages of documents. Michigan wants $125,000 just to look for the records. (All got the exact same request.)

(This is what democracy looks like?)

1. Yeah some Democrats aren't worth getting elected!
She screwed up in the 2000 and 2004 elections--maybe we should get
a Green or Libertarian to run against her soon!

++++

Paper ballots--vote count videotaped--post all ballots on web for examination. You can make it happen! (Impeach the voting machine companies!) Let's inaugurate Democrats in AZ, SD, FL and all states, and have our OWN elections every 2 months!

My message is--elect Democrats every 2 months---

Here's how we can paint Florida and South Dakota Ultra-Blue! This will work for
any state in the USA--do this in your state- start an UDO group!

After the election, I decided to change things. I decided we needed to have our own elections-- 6 times a year!

Check out UDO!

Wanna OutBLUE people in a Red County? Check out my Yahoo Group--

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sd_democrats_UDO /

Let's start a state wide UDO (Ultra Democratic organization)--

first elections December 2004!

(Anyone can join the Yahoo group)

Thanks!

3. LePore was a Republican posing as a Democrat to run.

I read that LePore was a Republican who changed her registration to Democratic before she ran. She won the race, then designed the 'butterfly' ballot as supervisor. After the 2000 election, she then changed her registration to Independant (changing back to Republican would have been too obvious).

So not everyone was is registered as a Democrat can be trusted.

4. LaWhore Gives Real Whores a Bad Name....n/t
Real whores often have fixed prices, and give service in return for payment. It is an insult to whores to be compared with this bitch.
