We broke the House Judiciary Comm. Hearings story, and hope to break a few related items in the next day or two or three. Working with some excellent sources on several items. Please keep an eye out since I'm not always able to update to DU depending on how busy things are getting. And they are getting very busy.

but what's stopping these people from changing the raw numbers around? They've had plenty of time...

The exit polling people have told those requesting the data they need time to prepare it for release. Its raw data for crying out loud! What do you need to prepare?!

3. I'm confused. Is this a second letter to Blackwell? I couldn't figure

out the answer to this looking at the web site. Also the link from this sentence "The full text of the supplemental letter to Blackwell in PDF format can be downloaded here." (which I take to be the link I'm looking for) isn't working. Help please. Thanks for the posting!

10. Yes, a follow-up letter was sent to Blackwell...

...Inviting him to participate in the hearings on Wednesday, as well as to ask about two more items not covered in the original letter that was sent.

Thanks, jamboi, for pointing out the broken link I had to that letter. It has been fixed now.
