Question Re: Washington recount and presidential race

Can the citizens request the presidential votes also be counted?

Is that possible as long as the governor's race is being done?

If not, how can it be accomplished?

1. i wonder if a recount in WA would be productive

given what i've heard, it seems certain states were targeted--
if a recount is done in a relatively "clean" state, as it was in NH, it seems this effort could be counterproductive.

UNRELATED BUT IMPORTANT: CAN ANYONE POST THE DECEMBER 11TH DC PROTEST INFO IN A NEW THREAD? WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF TONS OF US SHOWED UP? WOULDN'T IT BE COOL TO MEET EACH OTHER AT THIS BIG, BIG EVENT? (it sure better be big!!)
