Blackwell should be charged with Obstruction of Justice
Edited on Sat Dec-04-04 08:43 AM by DoYouEverWonder
Having served has the co-chair of the Bush/Cheney campaign in Ohio is an unacceptable conflict of interest. Combine that with the fact that Blackwell is doing everything he can to drag his feet and delay even addressing the numerous serious problems, that his state had on Nov 2nd and it is way past time for him to go.

Blackwell needs to resign and we need to demand it.

3. What would be the legal grounds as presented to the "court"...
Do we have him indicted for "Feet Dragging 1", or, do we have him prosecuted for "conflict of interest - First Degree"! What's is the law you are talking about????????

I will certainly help any effort to support it! But, let's get a valid charge first - WITHOUT THE SPIN!!!

6. So, do we also charge the Dems in charge of the county BOEs?
It would only be fair.

8. The county heads
determine the distribution of machines, the type of machines, and the counting of the ballots. If anyone's hands are slimy, it's them.
