Looks like Palast's got the #'s?
Said *'s margin is down to about 100,000 but there are 30,000 predominately black provisional ballots not counted and 93,000 undervotes which could possibly swing the election to Kerry.
Did I hear him correctly?

night. Go to Ohio Secretary of state web site and you will get the official election results numbers that will be certified by Monday December 6th. The 30,000 provisional ballots that were not counted were rejected by 2 Democrats and 2 Republicans in each county. By the way Ohio has one of the "highest rate" of approved provisional ballots in the country. It approved almost 80% of its provisional ballots, whereas most states has the "approval rate" of these provisional ballots much lower than that, i.e. much more rejection rate than the state of Ohio. Also the 93,000 "spoiled ballots" are "overvote", "undervote", or not vote to President. In Florida 2000, only 7% of the spoiled ballots were qualified for counting!
