doing a "whois" on the domain (world-cnn.com) brings up some guy named Liu, in NY, with a yahoo e-mail address.

If you do a "whois" on cnn.com, it's owned by not one guy name Liu, but Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.

I went to the main CNN website and then clicked on "World"...story is not there (as far as I could see).
