KTLA just reported on the election
It's the WB here in LA 10 o'clock news:

"Speculation if * really won re-election."

Showed Jesse Jackson, Arnebeck, Conyers.

37K reports of irregularities they're looking into- fact checkers are reviewing it all.

Mentioned Arnebeck's lawsuit.

Treated it like a real news story- no mention of "conspiracy."

Although it dismissed the NC missing votes to a "clerical error" and didn't mention anything further about it.

But it's getting covered...

They announced it right before they cut to commercial- then came back saying "did * he really win re-election?" I'm paraphrasing- but they made it sound like it ain't official yet.

ABC, WB, who's next? Maybe we can contact other local TV news Media stations. I'm pretty suprised, aren't many of these stations owned by Sinclair, wnless these are the stations not owned by sinclair.

"I read an article tonight regarding the KTLA news team's coverage of the November 2nd Election discrepancies in their broadcast this evening. Issues regarding the legitimacy of our democracy should not be taken lightly, and I applaud your attention to the story. Keep up the good work, and remember that a little investigation often goes a long way. It is because of our freedom of the press that we're able to thrive as a credible nation, lead by a legitimate government."

9. Ok I have to ask...
Edited on Mon Dec-06-04 01:58 AM by nadinbrzezinski
is the lid finally coming off and we will see the proverbial shit hit the proverbial fan?

By the way, our local WB covered teh LOCAL demonstration... and the spokesperson actually said NATIONAL questions and that was covered....

They tried to make this only about DOnna Frye, never mind we had signs about Ohio.

;-)

15. Also, believe it or not...CNN/Headline News had a segment on Ohio problem
AND Kerry! It ran once an hour here (at least in the evening). I watched it twice. They started out the segment by saying VERY DISTINCTLY that there were many allegations of voter fraud in Ohio, and that Jesse Jackson had been in Ohio to bring attention to the matter, and that Jesse had said that Kerry gave up too quickly. (I think they repeated that twice.) And then they segued to footage of Kerry in New Hampshire, while they mentioned that he had donated money to recount efforts in Washington. And then they mentioned that in his speech to the New Hampshire people, he said that in the next few days he would be giving 'specific details' of his upcoming plan...in the Senate.

Did anyone else see this? Can someone tell me if it was 'code?' The coverage was so open about the Fraud (did NOT bebunk it), said that Kerry gave up too soon, and then said he was going to soon announce his 'upcoming plans' in the Senate.

Help me here? Should we move on? Or were they playing the middle of the road...as much as they're allowed to?

16. Things I suspect will get very ahem
interesting in the next few days....

Maybe the Nixonian tactic worked and Rove and Company are about to get caught with their hands in the cookie jar

I can only hope that my freezing this afternoon, as well as those of many others across this nation is not gonna go unnoticed

"Move on" only after Kerry is in the White House.

It's closer than you think.
