In Sworn Affidavit, Programmer Says He Developed Vote-Rigging Prototype fo
In a sworn affidavit Monday, a former programmer for a NASA contractor said that he developed a vote-rigging prototype at the request of a then-Florida state representative who is now a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

RAW STORY acquired the affidavit from The Brad Blog, which has been in contact with the programmer in Washington.

While working for Yang Enterprises in Florida, the 46-year-old programmer says he was instructed by then-Republican state representative Tom Feeney to “develop a prototype of a voting program that could alter the vote tabulation in the election and be undetectable.”

Texas to Florida: White House-linked clandestine operation paid for "vote switching" software

December 6, 2004-The manipulation of computer voting machines in the recent presidential election and the funding of programmers who were involved in the operation are tied to an intricate web of shady off-shore financial trusts and companies, shady espionage operatives, Republican Party politicians close to the Bush family, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) contract vehicles.
An exhaustive investigation has turned up a link between current Florida Republican Representative Tom Feeney, a customized Windows-based program to suppress Democratic votes on touch screen voting machines, a Florida computer services company with whom Feeney worked as a general counsel and registered lobbyist while he was Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, and top level officials of the Bush administration.

According to a notarized affidavit signed by Clint Curtis, while he was employed by the NASA Kennedy Space Center contractor, Yang Enterprises, Inc., during 2000, Feeney solicited him to write a program to "control the vote." At the time, Curtis was of the opinion that the program was to be used for preventing fraud in the in the 2002 election in Palm Beach County, Florida. His mind was changed, however, when the true intentions of Feeney became clear: the computer program was going to be used to suppress the Democratic vote in counties with large Democratic registrations.

According to Curtis, Feeney and other top brass at Yang Enterprises, a company located in a three-story building in Oviedo, Florida, wanted the program, written in Visual Basic 5 (VB.5) and designed to operate in Windows and be portable to Unix-based vote tabulation systems, to be "undetectable" to voters and election supervisors.

Yang, an engineering and computer services company subcontracted to NASA prime contractors like Lockheed Martin, was founded in 1986 by Dr. Tyng-Lin (Tim) Yang. Granted minority-owned "Section 8A" and woman-owned preferential status by the U.S. government, Yang's clients also include the Florida Department of Transportation (DOT). Yang's President, Li-Woan (Lee) Yang, is Tim Yang's wife. Feeney was the registered agent for another Yang company, Y & H Greens, Inc., a company that was dissolved in 1988 and operated from the Yangs' residence on Merritt Island. The Yangs also serve as co-trustees for an entity called Yang of Merritt Island, Ltd., founded on January 31, 2000, and also run from their residence.

6. WHOA!
"If the candidate they selected is leading the race nothing happens. If the other candidate is leading the race the vote totals are altered so that the selected candidate is now leading the race with 51% of the vote. The other candidates then share the remaining 49% in exact proportion to the totals they had previously. In the prototype supplied to Feeney the vote totals show on the screen. In an actual application the user would receive no visible clues to the fraud that had just occurred. Since the vote is applied by race, any single race or multiple races can be altered. The supervisors or any other voter would never notice this fraud since no visible sign would appear. Additionally, the procedure could be repeated as many times as was necessary to achieve the desired results. No amount of testing or simulations would expose the fraud as its activation and process is completely invisible to everyone except the person programming the vote fraud routine."

Didn't you always wonder how that witch Katherine Harris got rewarded for her helping to steal the election in 2000?

8. I'm shocked, just shocked that there would be vote fraud in FL!
Will wonders never cease. According to that total hack Pat Cadell (from the 2000 controversy on f'ing Tweetie), FL has hardly any record of vote fraud. Fuck them and the horse they rode in on!

Corporate America controls the media and we get manufactured news.
Corporate America now controls the voting machines and we get manufactured elections.

11. Here's something Clint Curtis wrote prior
to the affidavit:

http://www.justaflyonthewall.com/votefraud.html

By contrast our voting rights have been removed and replaced by a poorly disguised shell game. We do, however, control seventy plus percent of the economic power of this country. Following is a list of products that we need to avoid. By not purchasing the products of Bush supporters we can hit Bush where he will feel it most. Several of the products I prefer over the alternative choices but minor inconveniences are a small price to pay for getting our country back.

It is as simple as switching from Coca-Cola to Pepsi, changing your insurance company from Blue Cross, AFLAC, or American International Group to a neutral insurance company. On trips to Vegas, Biloxi or Detroit; choose accommodations not connected to MGM Mirage. If you have a credit card by MBNA or Bank of America just transfer the balance to a new non-Bush card. If you usually buy your gasoline, at two dollars plus a gallon, at Chevron or Texaco, just drive an extra block or two to someone else’s brand. Did you know the United Parcel Service is a big Bush donor. Use Fed-Ex or the Post office. Keep your money out of the pockets of those that are working against us.

If you use prescription or over the counter drugs choose the alternative to those listed below.

He goes on to list products that help Bush..
