I'm curious to when Kos, Atrios and the other blogs will post it.

1. Caution
If this is another "plant" that ends up being discredited, it could cause a lot of work currently being done to be viewed with skepticism. Standard MO for these bastards.

5. Yes but the Repugs have been putting stuff out for years. Vince Foster,
Swift Boat Lies, Kathleen Wiley. Why worry about being discredited at this point. We don't have an election coming up so we don't have to worry about alienating the Swing Voters. We can go for broke. After all they always win when they do it. We need to throw everything at them..and see what sticks.

6. exactly.
We don't have to worry about anything we say being false, honestly, no one cares. They have to worry about something we say being true; everyone will care.

Lets pull up, dig up, and talk about everything and everything, with even the slightest tinge of credibility. The stuff that proves false, we can drop, but my guess is a lot of this stuff wont prove false. By throwing stuff around to as wide an audience as possible, we speed up the vetting process and, at the same time, we get a lot of stuff out there that, although it can't be proven true, also can't be proven false, and so, in the end, helps weaken the credibility of our opponents and create an atmosphere in which the real "smoking gun" will be more easily accepted.

Just my two cents.

There are a number of possible results that could come from putting these stories out there:

1) Investigations prompted by these reports might prove them to be true.

2) The American people might believe it regardless (just look at the Swift Boat crap they bought wholesale) and this will cast doubt on the presidency.

3) They have to spend lots of time, energy, and money trying to put out all these little fraud "fires" everywhere.

What have we got to lose? They have already stolen our election, they tell lies about us and our candidates on Hate Radio, and label us tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists for even suggesting these issues.

So I say: fuck 'em. Let them try to defend against endless bizarre charges for a while. It'll be payback for the entire presidential campaign (not to mention Rush, Savage, Boortz, etc etc etc...)

11. If it's a plant, it's 4 years in the making guys!
Guys, I wrote the story. I've been working on it for days. I've been checking it out from top to bottom.

You are welcome to check *me* out from top to bottom (I broke the story of the Judiciary Comm. Ohio Hearings the day before they were announced, I broke the story of the "White House Website Scrubbing").

Instead of playing "Rove Games", go GOOGLE for "Feeney and Yang" or "Hai Lin Nee" or any of the other players in this story.

There's an enormous paper trail on it. For years. Go find it. I did.

Go find what I haven't yet!

to scan the affidavit?? Without meaning to offend, it was very "sloppy"! Were you in a rush? What were the circumstances at the 'EXACT ' time and place when the document was scanned?

As I said, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but, there are some noticeable "suedo-watermarks" on the .pdf file which require validation!

Thank you so much for you patience with the "surface" quandaries which I have concerning the legitimacy of this document. I would be right up there ringing the bell if it were not for such a funny "visual" smell to things.

I have visited your site, but, for the folks here, please don't refer me to something that you may feel to be redundant on your part!

:-)

7. WHO AT "THE OREGONIAN" WOULD I EMAIL THIS STORY??
I can't remember the name of the person at the Oregonian that a DU'er mentioned a couple days ago being a HARD HITTER --- and would "kill" to have this story.

I just got off the phone with a SNIPPY little snot who told me they would only take this report from the AP and "certainly not if it was off the internet"

I took her head off at that point and told her I'd investigate to find out WHO to email my information to.

8. AP Likely Will Pick This Up
They can simply report on the sworn affidavit. The affidavit is fact, whether its contents are or not.

9. Did Curtis work for "Yang Enterprises" or "Wong Enterprises"?
Edited on Mon Dec-06-04 05:50 PM by tjdee
Did he make a mistake on his own site?

on edit:
Never mind, apparently Wong is a pseudonym and Madsen has said as much.
