FOR ANYONE IN THE DENVER AREA THURSDAY MORNING, HERE'S YOUR CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR VOICE HEARD. WE (THE PUBLIC) HAVE BEEN INVITED TO ATTEND A MEETING OF THE BLUE RIBBON ELECTION PANEL TO ANALYZE THE STATE'S ELECTION PROCEDURES. PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND THIS MEETING IF YOU CAN. COLORADO WENT RED, BUT IT WAS CLOSE, AND WE WORKED HARD FOR KERRY. WHO KNOWS HOW CLOSE IT REALLY WAS? WE HAVE TO LET THEM KNOW THESE VOTING MACHINES ARE UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY!

1. Well Boulder and Denver can hold their heads up high - they...
voted overwhelmingly for the Democrats! A huge surge from 2000!

2. That is excellent. If only the OTHER states would follow their example.

3. Kicking.

I have to work, but will be trying to get to the 2nd Denver protest on Saturday (Dec 11 noon-2pm on the Capitol steps!)

I also want to add that there is something about Donetta Davidson that rubs me the wrong way. She is/was involved in that group of SoS's that certified some of the evoting machines, etc. She was picked by Owens (Repub governor). I am just not sure about her.

Whoever goes - post your notes in the Colorado forum, please

4. I don't trust her either.
That's why I would love to attend with a crowd. We have a lot of questions to ask her, one of which (for me) is her participation as a member of the National Assn of State Elections Directors who supervised the certification of voting machines.
