Joe Watkins, republican strategist
was on CNN this morning blasting the DNC for investigating voter fraud. This guy is an idiot. He kept saying the taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for this and Laura Nichols kept telling him that the DNC is paying for it.

These guys are SCARED. He kept saying it was crying over spilled milk.

1. And the Spin begins
We must have touched a nerve. Think about it. If you know the election was fair and legal, (After all, the media told us B**sh won the popular vote and the electoral votes) you would stand back, stand proud and let them count, recount and count again. After each count, would be a good chance for B**sh to reiterate his "mandate".

But if you think there was some hanky-panky, then you stand in the way and scream it's a waste of money (like a conservative cares about wasting money). They are afraid we might find the fraud. They did the same thing when Gore wanted a recount.

7. A conservative DOES care about wasting money

A conservative does care about wasting money.

That's just one reason Bush & the "Neo-cons" are NOT conservatives.

3. What was MORE amazing was Solebrainded...
Actually interrupting him..."We're talking about people's votes and democracy...you don't think FRAUD should be investigated?" He had to back down quick, but STILL threw in the "taxpayers paying for it" line again, without challenge. That guy is a fucking clown.

Ever notice how we NEVER see "reporters" anymore? Just "strategists" from one party or the other. No way to get anything but left or right spin. NO investigation. When Solebrainded is asking the most intelligent questions in a segment, you KNOW things are bad!

4. Why has it taken her so long though?
Actually interrupting him..."We're talking about people's votes and democracy...you don't think FRAUD should be investigated?"

At least she verbalized what she has probably felt all along, but was reined in not to say.....

6. I remember when
about a year and a half ago. When the GOP leadership was challenged, one of their highest ranking numbnuts said "Bring it On". Where is that macho crap today.

13. Not even close.
Not a penny, other than probably their lawyer for that token appearance in one teensy lawsuit in OH. The people who are paying for the recounts are Cobb/Badnerik supportes and recount contributors AND these fine folks, the 527 formed by DUer hedda_foil specifically to help fund, promote and organize the recounts:

Her other organization is the National Ballot Integrity Project

AND, there a new coalition she's also co-founder of:
