Can Someone answer me this ?

Say after the hearings tomorrow and Mr.Conyers is presented with SOLID proof there was fraud names and all.

Who could arrest the people response able ?

Do they have to ?

How could they force them to?

is this a dictatorship if no one can follow through on this ?

and I am extremely curious about Mitofsky and what networks he is representing ?

Can these networks be subpoena ?

or any DA. Note that Conyers "forum" doesn't possess this power since it would take a full hearing (ie. run by full committee, run by Republicans).
