1. Wexler is correct
If Kerry votes weren't thrown to Bush, they were thrown either to Peroutka or Badnarik. Bush votes were always correctly given to Bush.

There's a point at which coincidence becomes pattern, and pattern speaks to fraud. We've long since passed that point.

We the people were cheated and robbed.

2. I'm hoping that this is actually the thesis of the argument
from Arneback

with some eyewitnesses who had it happen

and strong statistical evidence of the improbability of it happening.

don't know though

4. A lot of this whole election is
almost impossible to prove as to who won it. No electors should be allowed to send their votes to congress in the states that have electronic voting with no paper.

5. I wish there was a legal precident or policy about a "spoiled" election
You'd think that with all the things they put into the constitution, they would have had something in there about what to do if the election had problems.

For example, what if a huge storm ruined many of the ballots before they were counted?

What if someone used force to steal some of the ballots?

What if there were allegations that someone replaced the real ballots with fake ones?

What if electronic voting machines showed thousands of irregularities and problems and there was no way to verify if they worked or not?

I say, there should be something in the constitution to account for widespread problems with an election. Whether it's an act of God or a theif, there should be certain conditions that call for a revote.
