Are you guys as stunned as I am??? So many contacted FBI
about vote fraud.

They even supplied evidence!!!

And we haven't heard ANYTHING about this.

I've counted at least 5 people so far.

1. Yes, I too am stunned.
I knew about Fisher turning his info over to the FBI, but had never heard of any of the others.

3. The one guy
was talking about turning over evidence of the Warren county lockdown to the FBI, wasn't he? I don't understand how the FBI can just ignore reports like this.

14. Not positive
But I'm pretty sure he was talking about Warren County. I'll look up the transcripts when they're available.

29. Especially
since it was "supposedly" an FBI agent who ordered the lockdown anyway. You would think the FBI would be all over this for that reason alone - rather than allowing themselves to be pulled in to cover these guys' backs.

30. You mean the FBI under Porter Goss' indirect control?
It seems there's no one to address things to anymore...no one to right the wrongs. Bushco really has this country locked-up. Control of the government, the Supreme Court, the CIA/FBI, the Media...and now us, thanks to new "Homeland Security" bill. Even "alternative media" (such as AAR) are owned by Clear Channel, which I'll bet plan to silence and convert the opposition. Twice I've heard Randi Rhodes complain (once even today) that she was 'told' not to discuss the Election Fraud on the show.

31. AAR NOT owned by Clear Channel, IIRC, tho CC owns some local bdcast towers
As far as i know, 99% certitude, AAR as the central network is owned by either the original venture capitalist in c'go, Sheldon??, who just bought it back, or else by some NYC wealthy person.

However , the network feeds programming to about thirty local stations, who buy it and use the local antennas to send radio waves to local radios. These local antannas are owned by mostly local radio entrepreneurs. A growing percent, maybe twenty percent, are owned by a chain of local stations, called Clear Channel.

CC only owns a piece of AAR, bottom line.

Agreed, do not trust CC. We should not do any more partnerships with them.

It is like having FREE REPUBLIC own part of DU.

Bodes ill.

I'm sure the Navy vet who is not normally a "conspiracy theorist" is thinking the same way. Sad situation our country is in. Those with mission to protect ALL seem to be in reverse action to protect (rather coverup for?)the selected FEW (GOP elite).

8. Good question
I think the gist of the hearings (forum) today pointed out just how little faith is left in the agencies charged with investigating and prosecuting federal crimes.

10. The 15 Year Navy Veteran's testimony answers that question!
Edited on Wed Dec-08-04 01:23 PM by shuffnew
***Corrected/edited his serving per post response. Thanks.***
NO! A 15 year Navy veteran who served in the Gulf War (under Bush Sr) made it clear he was not a "conspiracy" theorist. But, when he turned over hard facts to the FBI to investigate on Ohio voter fraud, they turned it over to the Attorney General and the FBI took no action at all!! He was near tears in his testimony asking the panel if he did the wrong thing to take this to the FBI? sad testimony and clearly shows (IHMO) whose pockets the FBI must be sitting in and it is not there to support "democracy' and "truth". Turn it over to one of the key criminals (Blackwell) instead of investigate themselves!

17. The FBI works for the GOP - PERIOD!!
They are now one in the same! They are using our tax money - but they DO NOT and WILL NOT represent our interests in any way, shape, or form! Perhaps all Dems (more than half the country) should stop paying taxes all together. That might get their attention.

20. Nope, not stunned.
Not very surprised, even. I think it's pretty clear that we cannot trust any of these agencies any more--the agencies of our own federal government, whose salaries we pay. We never could trust some factions within them (are you familiar with the Judi Bari case? --or the phone tapping of Martin Luther King? --of the FBI "files" on all the sixties antiwar and civil rights activists?) But now they are being "purged" of any good guys who might left, who believe in the public interest.

Right now, the FBI would be the last people on earth I would entrust with evidence of Bush Inc. election fraud.

32. I contacted FBI about Bin Laden in 1995
The people at the top of the FBI will never listen to people like us. They won't even listen to their own agents who warn of specific hijackers planning the 9/11 attacks (7 days before, with names, and requesting to investigate) http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/mld/ledgerenquirer/4112845.htm

In 1995, my uncle was killed by Al Qaeda terrorists while he was in Afghanistan, and we knew about Osama Bin laden being behind it. I, in my naive way, contacted the FBI and CIA to warn of Bin Laden's danger and requesting any investigations done on Al Qaeda. They, of course, ignored me, because they don't care about the little people.

They don't even respond to agents who are screaming at the top of their lungs that we need to investigate things. Why would they listen to a bunch of DUers?

I am massively depressed about the lack of power we actually have, as much as we try to pep each other up and believe the next piece of evidence will be the turning point, the evidence that they can't ignore. Trust me, they can. They will. I mean, we all saw a soldier get up (thinking his words would shock and change policy) and tell Rumsfeld that they were hunting through garbage dumps for armour, and Rumsfeld basically said, "Yeah, well, that's the way it is in war. Suck it up."

They do not care. They will not listen. I have repeatedly said that this administration's attitude toward EVERYTHING can be summed up in, "Yeah, so?! So what?"

Sorry for the off-topic ramble. I digress.
