what about a class-action lawsuit |
|
Of the various lawsuits being filed, has someone suggested a class-action lawsuit against the voting machine manufacturers and the states that have certified them?
I would claim that the record of accuracy of the machines does not give them standing to claim that the tallies produced correspond to the votes cast, and that therefore the states have no right to use these machine tallies as the basis for certifying their electors.

--whether a class-action lawsuit could be brought against the manufacturers at some point when the evidence is fully in, documenting the widepread inaccuracies.
Anybody have any clues?
