House Ethics Committe Should Investigate Curtis Claim
1. Clinton Curtis has signed an affidavit that accuses FL Repig "Teeny Weiney" Feeney of unethical behavior.

2. It is the responsibility of the House Ethics Committe to consider this matter, and obtain additional information and/or witnesses as necessary, to determine if Fuckface Feeney should be reprimanded or disciplined.

3. The members of the the Ethics Committee should be asked to do their jobs and take up the matter (other Congressmen should be asked to lend their support to this, as well). The roster is given below:

Republicans
Joel Hefley, Colorado, Chairman
Doc Hastings, Washington
Judy Biggert, Illinois
Kenny Hulshof, Missouri
Steven LaTourette, Ohio

Democrats
Alan B. Mollohan, West Virginia , Ranking Minority Member
Stephanie Tubbs Jones, Ohio
Gene Green, Texas
Lucille Roybal-Allard, California
Michael F. Doyle, Pennsylvania

3. Probably Not - Can House Committe Still Investigate ?
You have a good point, it may not be appropriate for House to investigate...

If Feeney was a member of FL state government at the time, one could hope that there is an official body responsible to look into it.

Unfortunately, even assuming everything Curtis said was true, I don't think it's a crime to think about stealing votes, unless you are caught in the act. On the other hand, maybe RICO allows you to investigate a conspiracy to commit crime.

It just seems wrong in principle that there is NO AGENCY that must act upon the affidavit, unless it can be justified by statute of limitations.
