I am so completely sorry about the slow reply to e-mails and Pms the last couple of days!! I just posted the part II on "Project California":

I opened my e-mail just before posting and it downloaded close to 300 e-mails!!! Aaaaa!
Most of it is listserv stuff, so it should be easy to get through and you will be hearing from me shortly, and Stephen... I already saw yours, just need to write back. I'm really sorry for not e-mailing back sooner.
I finish my term next week, and will be 100% available some time before then. Hopefully by Friday I'll be in full-swing on this project. And a few of you have my home number. I won't disappear without someone knowing about it. :) :)
In the last few days I have made some good progress on overall project organization, and finally had a conversation with an attorney related to a few questions I had. I've also been pursing a couple other leads on an apparent disinformation campaign which has been kind of troubling me; I haven't had the time to fully flesh that out, but there seems to be enough data to move forward with that too. I'll post more on that when I have a chance to flesh it out; too much data and too little time.
All the cloak and dagger stuff aside, the real work is in auditing our State and pursuing anomalies and known incident reports. I still have a gut feeling this is a healthy task to take on, and look forward to getting it moving like a freight train.
You guys are awesome, btw. :)
