3. No flaming but not debunked at all!
The "academics" your link quotes just disagree with the RESULTS of the analysis.

4. Not really "debunked"
They even say:
Regardless of the merits of the Berkeley study, Stewart said valid questions about the election results in Florida and elsewhere remain unanswered.

...and that "something unusual" was going on. The only thing they really disagree with is the conclusion that it was done using e-voting machines.

5. You need to be aware that someone will ALWAYS disagree
with a study that goes against their preferred worldview. In the Wired article, only generalities are being put forward as criticism, and that in and of itself indicates that it is a matter of debate. "Debunked" suggests that a study has been proven fatally flawed or fraudulent, and the article does not do that. It quotes some statisticians saying they disagree (as well they might, being Republicans!).

Reading between the lines of reportage is a skill, and reading what is not said is a skill also.

Best Wishes!

6. Thanks...the generalities of the article struck me that way, too....

...but I'm not schooled at all in statistics. Anyway, that's good news. I hope someone's writing Wired.

7. Here's a shortcut to determining credibility...
be weary of definitive statements about ongoing investigations.

"Florida E-Vote Study Debunked" - oh the weariness! I think I'll take a nap.

8. One of the most valuable pieces
of evidence from a very credible source in the election fraud scandal.

Thanks for posting this info again RaulVB.
