Important to know who the KEY PLAYERS were in election reform for 2004. Look for signs of patterns to start repeating themselves. This was when reform started to happen in 2001. Don't let history repeat itself.

There will always be other things for our congress to consider, like what to do about gays, abortions, more taxes, SS, more money for more war, etc. Can't be concerned about legitimate elections, we just won't ever have any.

5. trust me I know, I'm just focusing on both. I'm working on Blackwell

right now for this election. He was one of the Key players for reform of 2004. This came out of my researching on Blackwell.
