1. "every vote must count" concentrating on OHIO but c/o many states
What went wrong, What were the irregularites.
Rep Jeffery Nadler, Dem NY --good opening~~ Need to do everything possible to fix things before the next election.
This hearing is part of the GEO process of looking into a systemic voting problems.

2. There's more than one C-SPAN?
I get one C-SPAN, and that one has pretty bad reception. Do you suppose that Dish TV has it? We're going to get it for Christmas.

3. I was at this hearing yesterday and it was great
Edited on Thu Dec-09-04 08:25 AM by GetTheRightVote
I later met all this individuals and shook their hands, it was a great day yesterday and very exciting to be there as our democracy is taken care of ....... everyone should attend these meetings. The room was small so they even added other rooms for the over flow from this room but I waited until a sit came open so that I would be about to in the same room with the speakers. I wish you all could have been there too, you would have loved it.

Real Player settings for "rtsp"

You have to enable "rtsp" in Real Player

5. Can anyone tell me HOW this works?
I saw the first few minutes on CSPAN, and was greatly pleased... but here's the question.

HOW did he get these "hearings"?? Can four or five members of the minority just hold a hearing? Or is this being done without any Congressional imprimatur?

I guess my question is: "Do these hearings carry any legal 'weight'? Can they issue an 'official' Congressional report?"
