Sounds like good coverage so far.

Ralph Neads?

Says the Blackwells, Glenda Hoods, and Jeb Bushes have a common pattern of this voter surpression.

He's talking about the widespread complaints, 40,000, and that was only from 2% of the precincts and is only the tip of the iceberg.

Really respectful coverage right now, I must say.

Oh well, that was over quickly. Not bad though, but was looking forward to it being longer.

I thought so, also. I spelled his name wrong I was so excited to post
it so everyone could watch. Notice the big question...again.."Are you saying this could overturn the election?"

everyone to see it, and in the meantime, you miss half of what is said!

15. He brought up the major issues that we are yelling about...
vote suppression, voter intimidation, and need for a verifiable paper trail so that ALL votes will be counted. Judy kept asking him if this isn't a partisan movement caused by unhappiness at the results of the election. He calmly answers that his group is nonpartisan, and their only desire is for every Repub, Dem, and Ind. to be able to vote and have their vote counted.

TRUTH IS ON THE MARCH!!

8. He is talking about it as an Equal Protection violation of the
Constitution and that "we may be going to court to contest the electors in Ohio."

JW mentioned a Repug Congressman who may hold hearings in the next Congress. He was all for that and emphasized the bipartisan nature of his complaints.

6. He mentioned Jeb B*sh and Katherine Blackwell and one other lady
Judy Woodruff thought it was a Democratic witch hunt and brought up Bob Ney. She never mentioned the faux quote, just that Ney was going to investigate next year-- possibly.

10. Neas said that poor areas had one machine for 200 people
While better areas had a machine for every 100 people. Could be an equal access issue.

11. She tried to make it sound a Democratic effort
which he denied. "It is a non partisan effort".
also. "it is not to overturn the election, just to make every vote is counted"
She never even mentioned Conyers' Forum.
Short, but maybe it is a start.

19. logic skills atrophied in Judy's reasoning
Hearing about Judy Wooddruff's attitude really pisses me off. here are two things I would like to say to her and all the others who claim Demo's are only complaining because they "lost" the election:

One - If Rebublicans had to wait 6 hours to vote, or found their names purged from the voting lists, or found their candidate always the victim of every computer glitch, THEY WOULD BE COMPLAINING JUST AS LOUD. It didn't happen to THEM! And why not?

Two - The whole PURPOSE of keeping democrats from voting by a multitude of means was TO SWING THE ELECTION! They SUCCEEDED! THey will not complain, and they will do everything possible to avoid an open and timely analysis of what happened. This is to be expected, and only proves they have something to hide! The fact Republicans are NOT INTERESTED is the very clue that if the media were doing their job they be after this like hounds on a scent. Instead, they are acting like, "gee the thief hasn't shown any interest in being arrested, must be he thinks its all OK - no story here."

OF COURSE ITS A "DEMOCRATIC EFFORT" - THE DEMOCRATS JUST GOT SCREWED.

Maybe if our heroes who get media exposure would come out and say, the evidence suggests this was not accidental - there was a deliberate attempt to prevent Democrats from voting, and having their vote counted. "Perhaps the ethical Republicans are too appalled and embarrassed to admit this could have happened."

20. Republicans would have been screaming

and marching and fighting in the streets and the supreme court.

They fight for what they believe in.
Sad to say, we roll over and go back to sleep.

Not all of us but enough of us to make them believe we don't care enough for them to worry at all.
