1. Not sure...might have been delayed again....
I know Arnebeck said he would like to file ASAP, but today was not set in stone.

9. Hopefully, you're right. But doesn't Arneback have to file it before the
OH electors meet, on the 13th? I'm getting very nervous.

5. I am, of course, impatient too!
Judging from his testimony in the hearing yesterday, he seems to be a very great and sharp guy. He must be waiting for something important to include in the suit. He does not seem the sort to be inept in any way. Glad he is on the team of democracy.

7. Just thought you might like to know that A DUer from MA
wrote yesterday that "Arnebeck and Kerry have been good friends for over 20 years". Very cool, eh!

I have complete faith in Arnebeck.

6. From Richard's coordinator:

In other news, the Common Cause/Free Press lawsuit, with our preliminary
findings attached, is being filed today.

Richard has posted newly completed studies on his website:
http://www.northnet.org/minstrel

This project has found enough evidence that the presidential election
results in both Ohio and New Mexico should be reversed.
