A tidbit from Clermont, OH results.
Edited on Thu Dec-09-04 05:59 PM by skids

(EDIT: just figured out why people aren't getting it: I wrote
"10%" when I meant to write "10 times" fixed.)

Just a little morsel I found while hunting for OH precinct data:

Absentee Nov2 Prov Total Percentage
Bush & Cheney 5647 56278 1021 62946 70.60%
Kerry & Edwards 2684 22752 449 25885 29.03%
Badnarik & Campagna 7 141 1 149 0.17%
Peroutka & Baldwin 6 80 1 87 0.10%
Write In Votes 11 76 3 90 0.10%
Total Votes Cast 8355 79327 1475 89157 100.00%

Note the totals for Badnarick.

In all other categories, the votes cast on election day are around
10 times more or less, usually less, than the Absentee votes. In
Badnarick's case, it is twice that. Curiously, the only other one
above 1000% is also a 3rd party candidate. The next highest: Bush.

3. The long and short of it is...

That for some reason, it looks like Badnarick may have gotten some
votes "by mistake" on Nov 2. His numbers in the absentee ballots
are out of line with his numbers on Nov 2.

4. I do see what you are saying
And, it also appears that perhaps some votes were skimmed from Kerry, too---If you go by this trend. However, this does not provide solid proof of anything.
