Operation Snowball: Challenge the NYT with Hardcopy
Acting on the notion that an email is more easily disposed of than hardcopy,
I am challenging DU members to a snowball fight: US against the Times.

The snowballs shall consist of one hardcopy of all the documentation and evidence posted at this overview site:

shadowbox.i8.com

(should be at least 1,000 pages)

Send it Monday morning via overnight express to the Times. THis way, they will receive packages that must be signed for and if they all arrive the same day. Hmmm. Ignoring this story will at least involve some legwork.

I think Okrent is too low on the totem pole as a snowball target. Perhaps we can decide collectively who is the most logical candidate of the following.

Martin Nisenholtz, Managing Editor
or
Executive Editor (I've lost his name and can't find it)
or
Scott H. Heekin-Canedy, President, General Manager
or
Arthur Sulzbergerger, Jr., Chairman and Publisher

The New York Times
229 West 43rd St.
New York, NY 10036-3959

I'm going to start printing now. I'll agree to send a copy once I have 100 others who agree to do the same.
Any takers?
