Why did Arnebeck take so long?
Any ideas? He has postponed filing his lawsuit twice that I know of. He had been scheduled to do it on Wednesday. Seems like he's really cutting it close by filing on the same day that the electors are selected. It's possible that he continued to find additional evidence, or that he just had way too much work to do on his own, or that he wants as much publicity as possible, either to further the cause or to further himself. What do you guys think?

1. i think they needed more time to gather whatever it is they had
at first the lawsuit consisted of about 25 citizen testimonies....it is now up to 40. that's got to be at least one reason.......

when he was on Randi Rhodes show on Friday. I had not heard of any change in plans. Randi did warn him to be careful, though. so it is possible that the powers that be have stepped in to stop him. You know if they want to find a piece of lint in your underwear, they can do it.

2. I think he is getting his ducks in a row
He is going up against a Fascist Regime, and the Corporatocracy that created it.

He damn well better have his ducks in a row.

3. I saw some discussion about how it needed to be legally "ripe", and other
points about gathering evidence. Don't know all the ends and outs.
