The address he has used for the past 10 years is a mailing service office in Florida. It is an office, however, so it is not technically a residence. He has used this address to pay taxes and register vehicles and has even received a jury summons there. However, when he tried to register in Florida, he was told (a month after he mailed in his registration, and after the registration deadline) that his address was not a legal residence and therefore he could not register. He wants to know what he
can do to register in order to vote in a future election.

not just mousey recount.

recount will not gather the lost votes you detail so well.

3. On election day, I had heard that several voters could not
vote for Kerry because Bush's name kept coming up on the voting machine. This was at the clerk's office downtown Sarasota.
