Hand Count NOT most accurate:--Retort- IS, if u add machine's fraud factor

READERS, BEGIN HERE:

I have heard twice, that "hand count is acutally, not the most accurate way".

I suspect that Hand IS the most accurate way, when you consider the human fraud element.

Many more avenues for tricks, with a machine, any machine.

Sure, humans can count wrong on purpose, but the number of handcount tricks are few compared to the number of tricks that can be done with a machine's innards.

Anyone know of an expert who has made my point with some expertise behind it?

I figure those who denigrate hand counts, are only looking at HONEST machines.
