(computer?)- pulled parts from his jacket, and replaced the original parts. Then he requested that the BOE tell him the 3% precincts that would be recounted- and asked them to give him the totals needed to make it look right- he said to post the numbers on the wall so it looked like "staff notes." Conyers interrupted Cobb and said they needed to meet after the meeting.

I contacted the recount team (I'm scheduled to go to Ohio and start observing on Thursday) and TOLD THEM: BY LAW, we are allowed to have 3% RANDOM SAMPLES of the county's precincts and told them, MAKE SURE THEY ARE. In other words, FIND OUT HOW THEY ARE BEING RANDOMLY SELECTED, BY WHOM AND WHEN.

I figured someone would preselect the 3% and then fool around with the numbers to make it all "match up" with the reported tallies.

These people have had TOO MUCH TIME to screw around with the results and the machines. I knew it was fishy when Carole Garman said that "eveything would match up perfectly". THEY ARE CHEATING ALL THE WAY THROUGH THIS THING.

...yes, he has a witness who will testify that the Triad rep. came into the BoE office and took the machine apart. It happened on Friday, Greene County again (it was Greene County, again, wasn't it?)He didn't want to elaborate, in fact Conyers stopped him from elaborating too much.

Just heard why they're so freaked out about Greene County (I had never even heard of Greene County, though oddly, I've been there, LOL). It's the home of Central State U, which I once visited. It's a predominantly black college. These would be very high Kerry votes.

There are TWO issues with Greene County, then. (1) According to Joan Quinn, who was there when the records were "locked down," the registration records of the students had been tampered with, something about their addresses. (2) What Cobb was talking about: the tabulator was tampered with on Friday, which is a whole other issue.

NOW it makes sense.

The House Judiciary Cmte., meeting in Columbus, Ohio to investigate presidential election vote irregularities in the state, has heard evidence that preparations to conduct a fraudulent recount are underway statewide.

In early testimony, chairman of the forum, Rep. John Conyers heard from Green party presidential candidate, David Cobb that employees of punch card vendor, Triad Governmental Systems, Inc. (Triad GSI) are attempting to orchestrate a fraudulent recount of the 3 percent of precincts likely to be included in the first phase of the recount process.

Cobb cited one case detailed by an --as yet anonymous-- informant, that a Triad GSI employee had told staff at the Columbus County Board of Elections office to inconspicuously note a prepared recount result, then report this data irrespective of the actual recount. The Triad GSI representative had also tampered with Triad voting equipment in the offices.

"This is going on, all over the state," Cobb told the hearing.
