BLACKWELL IS BREAKING THE LAW...LOCKDOWN is ILLEGAL
Now, here is the kicker. Blackwell not only did not have the authority to take this action, he is actually in violation of the law. Ohio Revised Code Title XXXV Elections, Sec. 3503.26 that requires all election records to be made available for public inspection and copying. ORC Sec. 3599.161 makes it a crime for any employee of the Board of Elections to knowingly prevent or prohibit any person from inspecting the public records filed in the office of the Board of Elections. Lastly, ORC Sec. 3599.42 states: “A violation of any provision of Title XXXV (35) of the Revised Code constitutes a prima facie case of election fraud within the purview of such Title.”

13. Silly rabbit.... tricks are for kids.
Civics 101: State vs. Federal statutes.

The FBI (which stands for "FEDERAL Bureau of Investigation") has authority to investigate violations of certain federal laws.

Violations of state statutes are not within the jurisdiction of the FBI.

If, as you believe, Blackwell violated Ohio state statutes, the proper authorities to investigate would be the county prosecutor's offices of each county in which the violation occurred, NOT the FBI.

For more information, check out http://www.ag.state.oh.us/contact/disclaimer.htm (scroll down to "criminal activity").

16. i asked for a federal investigation, because
voter fraud occured in so many states, and it deals with the president....., in my eye, that would consitute a federal investigation.

20. Q: "Isn't election fraud a federal crime?"
A: Immaterial to this particular discussion.

1. The original post stated that Blackwell violated Ohio state statutes, and should therefore be arrested. My response was, that if Blackwell had violated state statute, then the FBI is the wrong agency to complain to. I stand by that response.

In Ohio, each county has a County Prosecutor's Office that receives complaints of violation of state statutes. If you have evidence (not just an allegation or suspicion) of a crime that occurred in a particular county, you should contact that county prosecutor. Be prepared to tell the prosecutor's office who you are, what evidence you have of the violation of a specific statute, and the manner by which you obtained that evidence.

County prosecutors are not required to act on complaints (they have that discretion, and it is a powerful thing.) If you don't have solid evidence of a specific crime, the prosecutor's office will take no action on your complaint. Likewise, if you send them anonymous e-mails, they will ignore you completely.

21. I just emailed the UAW in Detroit
A group that represents 150,000 workers. I told them we might need them to go down to Ohio and kick some BUTT.

The unions will come through if we need them. Most are not aware there is a problem at all, thanks to the non-existent media coverage.
