During the back and forth with the questioner, Curtis did say that it was possible to have the code decompiled, although his testimony in general certainly pointed out that this isn't the ideal way to avoid fraud.

There are also private firms who do this and a range of other forensic data services, such as retrieving 'erased' data from disks and other media. It's often been said that physical possession of the machine gives you total power. I think that even if Blackwell has tried to erase some stuff, he will have made mistakes. There will be inconsistencies, missing files, scattered bits hiding in the nooks and crannies of hard drives, etc. Can't cover the whole thing up. Plus there's the human factor. Somebody will be confronted with jail time and start squealing like a pig. If Kerry is involved (probably only a fantasy) he knows how to squeeze a perp. He's prosecuted and investigated some very big conspiracies such as BCCI and Iran Contra.

When I finally gave up on the existing stream, I closed it, went directly to the RadioLeft website and opened a new stream. That procedure seemed to be successful, but there's no audio on the stream. A "DOS" or other attack would simply take the site and/or their streaming services down.

This is reminiscent of all the claims of website "hacking" made by Jeff Fisher and Bev Harris...sometimes it's not hacking at all, but rather just errors "between the monitor and the chair" on the part of amateur "webmasters" and misunderstandings about web technology....YMMV...
