The Electoral College is meeting ILLEGALLY...do NOT dismay
Blackwell's LOCKDOWN is Illegal...

Now, here is the kicker. Blackwell not only did not have the authority to take this action, he is actually in violation of the law. Ohio Revised Code Title XXXV Elections, Sec. 3503.26 that requires all election records to be made available for public inspection and copying. ORC Sec. 3599.161 makes it a crime for any employee of the Board of Elections to knowingly prevent or prohibit any person from inspecting the public records filed in the office of the Board of Elections. Lastly, ORC Sec. 3599.42 states: “A violation of any provision of Title XXXV (35) of the Revised Code constitutes a prima facie case of election fraud within the purview of such Title.”

1. I just heard Blackwell on C-span say that there would be
a recount. So who's right...the writer of the above article or Blackwell? I don't know...just asking.

3. You mean
RoadBlock Blackwell..

It should be amended that NO campagin manager ever be allowed to be incharge of the process. Too biased and way too easy for them to committ fraud

5. That is true but the consequence is not that the EC vote is...
illegal or invalid. If he didn't comply with this law, he can be compelled to do so, maybe even sacntioned by the court for not doing so, but that is about it.

13. Actually is there anyway to file a Class Action Lawsuit or a
Product Liability Lawsuit on him? I think that damages in both cases are pretty clear for certain classes of people. Also maybe the courts can only do so much but I think the Ohio Ethics Commission can file legal criminal charges and sanction him. Can a lawyer give an opinion on this -- maybe this is barking up the wrong tree but I'd be interested to know.
