We disagree with the 'established system' - political or religious.
We are dissidents by definition. If we were the established system, we wouldn't be fighting this right now. I don't see what the big deal is.
It is a word with a meaning that may be bastardized in the media, I don't know, but I don't care. I don't watch TV, I don't read a lot of shitty newspapers, and am not afraid of words like LIBERAL and DISSIDENT.
I won't pretend NOT to be something I am just because someone else doesn't know the proper definition.

34. I was offended by Dissidents...but after thinking about it, the word

really takes into account that this isn't a Democratic Party Group. And just as Liberal has been a word used against us as an Epithet, if the Media say "Political Parties" question the election it will bring the Repugs out of their holes to attack the "challenge" as Partisan.
