Any mention of Ohio on the Nightly News Shows?
I didn't hear anything about it on ABC News. Am about to watch Jim Lehrer, who won't cover it either.

1. I don't watch them but
I heard an NPR report that called the very thought of election fraud in Ohio ludicrous. I almost drove into a ditch.

13. Not certain
I was just listening to the news by accident, I usually switch it off, even NPR is too disgusting many times. It was about 5:00 central time on my local public radio station(KANU). It was followed up by a story about the cool job of being a sniper in Iraq. I don't know, I really don't listen much.

17. They reported, it wasn't an NPR person who gave an opinion...
The reported that someone (didn't catch who) said that the county elections are overseen by 2 repubs and 2 dems, therefore if there was fraud the dems would have to be in on it. The way I understood it - the person was a spokesperson for election officials or a propaganda artist.

The point is that the depth and breadth of the crimes makes it impossible for election officials to know what was going on and even when they were right there - they probably had no idea what the fixers were doing.

If anyone tells me that they were hard core computer people who were trained to determine if there were hardware wiring or software coding and that they examined everything before, during, and after the vote and that they were also election officials...then there might be something to the 2=2 theory. And that's only the computer part of the thefts.

The propaganda has now been geared up many notches. We are going to hear unbelievable things to mollify the unbelievable thefts.

21. Thank you.
We tend to get nothing out here in Red land so my first line of defense is to turn it off, second line is to only half listen. This blew me away. Thank you for clarifying, I was a bit hesitant to post it since I was only half listening but I did hear that and really was stunned by it.

Don't know if they will follow up. Said House Dems asked to have electoral votes held. Mentioned lawsuit. Said they are claiming fraud.

22. For the last two years! we've heard nothing but Scott and
Lacy Peterson news...well, today he was sentenced to death for killing her and her unborn child, Conner. I'm so sick of all the air time given to this story and hardly any to the issues that we want to hear about.

Of course I have feelings for both families and for Scott even though he might be guilty as hell. I don't know if he is or not.

25. it was X-mas eve when she was missing/ killed and she was
about 8 months pregnant. It occured shortly after the little girl in Utah was found alive so the media was particularly tuned to these types of cases. She was picked up as a national missing person story and it went from there.

28. The big story? She was pregnant. And everyone involved is white.
Therefore it's a big deal, because a nice-looking white man killed his lovely and pregnant white wife, and so naturally all of America is very very interested because, oh my goodness, isn't it just awful?

Ask those same people if 100,000 Iraqis have died in bush's war and they'll look at you and say, "Huh??"

30. Reminds me of my outrage at Columbine ordeal
My school had a few of those days wher psychotic armed students cam in an killed other students. Nobody cared untill some white kids got killed. I was like...WTF!? If I said I was from Columbine that day, people would all be "ooohhh what was that like, you msut be emotionally scarred!" But you tell them you are from a highschool that the police dubbed (and class rings reflected) "Drive-By High" and you are just unemployable and "hung up". Outrageous that the poor and minority communities had dealt with school murder for years and it didn't mean shit.

32. The MSM made it a big story. They weren't/aren't high profile
people until the media made them that way. Just like they did Jon Benet Ramsey several years ago.

20. The Media's response to this is one of the scariest things
I've ever seen. The complicity of the media seems as big an issue as the election fraud.
It just stinks of fascism - excuse me "compassionate" fascism.

What the hell are we going to do?

Not even John -my show follows puppets - Stewart will take this on at all? I mean, what the hell!? He was so critical of hte media failing to cover facts leading up to invasion of Iraq, but now we can't even get a comedy show to address this in passing?
