In all reality , the courts are stacked against any chance for Kerry
I believe he saw this, as a prosecutor, knows justice is partisan, and he knew he had no chance with the courts being republican dominated. Fraud will be proven, but justice , will not happen, it's over folks.Document it all , like in Florida, fraud wins with a republican dominated Secretary of State , justice system , all solidly republican, it's over folks.Look to 2008, look to a new party, not the DLC, DNC, they could care less.

It's time to put the DNC DLC out to the curb, and join a new party. No Congressperson, or Senator will vote again, like in 2000 to not accept the electorial vote count on January 12th.No Dems in Congress, support us, the voters , so why should we support them?. They are all corporate whores, not representing us, a look at the WTO, NAFTA, shows the dems along with the reps, selling America ; We The People out. We need to look elsewhere folks.

1. Over for you maybe, not for anyone else....
The rest of us will continue to fight for justice rather then run away with our tails between our legs, thank you.

5. Fraud
Playing politics with Fraud, is a whole 'nother whale of a fish than Playing politics with whether a recount is needed (circa 2000).

It'll be alot harder for the public to swallow too--if it's a crime that's being forgiven rather than simply not doing a double check.

7. I say - then let the dirty laundry hang on the line
That's a goal in itself. Like someone else said, the court of public opinion is powerful.

9. i agree...
the Republican courts may very well destroy the Arnebeck case and anything else that is similar...
but

shouldn't we be rushing the Congress and White House gates? I'm all for massive civil disobedience...

10. Join a New Party??
No thanks. The Democrats did an amazing job-Winning over 55 million votes for a Liberal Sen. from Mass. And thats with fraud happening.Imagine what would have happened if the corrupt officials had let this election play out on its own without interference.

11. I think it's hopeless for the election to be overturned
but it wouldn't do any harm to have a hell of a protest on inaugural day. Many groups are gearing up for that.

15. Washington will be locked down Inauguration day
I saw an article on security planning, good luck, any protestors will be jailed for "terrorism" as they put it.As far as shame, it seems passe as of late. They have no shame. As I said you can document it all, as in 2000, but change anything with the courts stacked against you, and an annesticised public, less than 100 protestors, mainly from NYC at the hearing Monday. I don't like to pee on the parade, but it's over, except for the documentation.

17. Once more...
You're stating facts without backing them up. Give us a link to your supposition and we will gladly take it as being true.

"I saw an article on security planning, good luck, any protestors will be jailed for "terrorism" as they put it."

Just where the hell are your drawing your expert opinion from that "...it's over, except for the documentation"?

16. January 6 -- NOT January 12...
Get your facts straight, then you can TRY climbing up onto your dammed soapbox.

And just where the hell do you suggest we look when we become "fair-weather" friends?

19. There seems to be a lot of effort to break up the democratic
party and I think this is something that the rethugs would really like to happen. On the other hand, it is difficult not to want to support a party such as the Greens after what they have done in Ohio and elsewhere , not to mention ideologically. It's a tough one.

20. However, it's up to folks to keep on with this. What if Martin Luther
King and others hadn't kept going even though the courts were stacked against them in the Jim Crow South. You have to keep going and find lawyers who are clever enough to win cases. But, you also have to keep putting lawsuits up against them setting precedent so that you can find ways around their roadblocks.

It's very discouraging...but if the grassroots gives up...then they win.
