2. I'd be interested to hear what he has to say...
Will someone watching provide a summary of what he has to say? Why would he be making a television appearance now?

5. Says
Focused on looking ahead. That he is very disappointed that he lost. That he has to move on but the issues and fight continues.

In reference to how the repubs painted him, what could he have done differently:

They are proud of the job they did. He can walk away with his head held high.

In first debate carried campaign on his shoulders and they are proud of the campaign.

End of the day campaign is about character and leadership and it was important to demonstrate that.

What about the future?

Too early to say if he will run in 2008. Not unthinkable. Focus right now on what needs to be done next few months to be voice for people when he goes back to the Senate.

How much influence does he have among democrats?

He's an important voice in the party, no question. The choice of DNC chair will be made by DNC national committee. We learned you can't do in 6 months what the repubs have done in 6 years no matter how well you organize.

Nothing wrong with Dem party. Party stands for a strong america and strong principles. We could do a better job with some of the politics and being out there and organizing, pushing and advocating those positions.

10. The only thing promising was that Woodruff said she hoped to see and
hear more from him in the "weeks and months ahead." She might have gotten confused in her senility thinking he was running for office or something. Other than that it was "odd" she had him on at all. Unless it was a bone to throw to us who have been e-mailing CNN for months about their lousy coverage and move to the Right.
