CURTIS ACCUSED PLEA DEALS FOR LOWER SENTENCE!
Corroborating Curtis credibility...one of the guys he named is actually making a deal with the government to plea deal for one count of being guilty....and gave things to China over 10-20 times!

1. HOLY TOLEDO!
Where there's a plea deal in a conspiracy charge, there's usually a bigger fish going to fry.

He is a programmer if inside information but indicates that a Mike C. with whom he worked has more information about the inside workings at Yang. I have been waiting to see something on this man out here.

9. and ??
Clinton Curtis is a great hero in this effort, but we must keep in mind that even if his story is 100% accurate, it does not prove anything at all about the rigging of the 2004 election, or any election. What it proves (at best) is the INTENT TO RIG. Worded otherwise, it proves the existence of a Republican conspiracy to rig presidential elections.

Of course, Watergate already proved that. What the Curtis affidavit (if true) proves is that Watergate was not an isolated anomaly, but rather an earlier version of an ongoing modus operandi on the part of the Republican party to destroy the electoral process through electoral fraud.

Electronic voting is the Republican way of upgrading this long-standing electoral fraud into the 21st century.

12. And We Have More Clues
We are getting clues, not complete answers.

This info is VERY relevant in giving us a scent to track down: it gives legitmacy to what Curtis has provided to skeptics, but more importantly, provides leads to be chased down...if someone can find this H. Nee fellow, he could blow the whistle on YEI, and what they did with the demo Curtis wrote. The link to NASA could bring criminal charges against YEI, which they could bargain away by revealing any other software they provided.

These are just possibilites, but we have a warm trail to follow...

15. That's true, but,
Intent is crucial to proving conspiracy. Establish intent to conspire, prove small crimes by the organization, especially ones unlikely to be prosecuted otherwise, and We're talking about bringing RICO into play. Have those crimes across several states and bingo, it can be prosecuted under Federal jurisdiction and a friendlier circuit can be sought to initiate the investigation. Because the nature of the conspiracy is to undermine the nation, perhaps the wording in the Patriot Act and P.A. II is loose enough our man can take advantage of stealth-warrants.

Thangs is gettin curiouser and curiouser.

13. Anyone wondered why Mr. O'Keefe is resigning? This
morning on CNN he told Miles O'Brien he wants to spend more time with his family.
For some reason most people resigning from this administration have a need to spend more time with family.
btw. Mr. O'keefe succeeded Mr. Daniel S. Goldin who served from April 1, 1992, to November 17, 2001.

Did this guy cop to whacking Curtis's dog or is that still unresolved? Does Curtis have any more pets? I would send them to relatives until this thing blows over
