Hamilton County Election Board Chair weighs in
Here is a very interesting article I just read while looking for something else entirely.

Written by Steven Leser (his email at bottom of article), for Elites TV, he discusses his conversations with Carlo LoParo and then with Tim Burke (Hamilton County Election Board Chair).

Title of his article (below) will give you an idea of what it's about. I don't want to copy and paste the entire article out of respect for Mr. Leser's work:

Ohio Recount: County Election Board Chair Disputes comments from spokesperson for Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell

http://www.elitestv.com/pub/2004/Dec/EEN41bf5ef4d50b2.html

Maybe Conyers would like to hear from Tim Burke? Wha'cha think?

PS - My apologies if this article has been linked to already.

2. aaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!
"I feel mixed' said Hamilton County Board of Elections chair Tim Burke, when asked about LoParo's comments. Burke, who is also the chairperson for the Hamilton County Democratic Party went on to say that he felt 'we accurately counted the ballots we all agreed on, yes, BUT, Conflicting decisions by the Secretary of State in the days and weeks leading up to election day, and in some cases made the morning of election day caused confusion and disenfranchised thousands around the state.' Burke also suggested that there were many more ballots that were not counted even though he felt that they should have been."

Yes! Send it to Conyers!

Shit, this is totally raising my blood pressure.

5. Interesting, I have a problem with the Kerry lawyers saying they witnessed
no fraud during tabulation. There is nothing to see. Tabulation, even of punch cards is done by a program, whose code is not open source.

For info on how to count and audit an election see:

7. didn't one of the volunteers in Greene County say something about
getting the precinct logs so they could poll people and not just
count ballots?

9. Yes, I don't mean the recount lawyers, I mean lawyers like Hoffemeir
and Ruppert who was the Warren County vote tabulation watcher. He spent his time between 2 rooms and told DU member lizzieforkerry the Warren County BoE officials were too dumb to commit fraud. IMHO most lawyers are too dumb about computers to realize there is nothing to see when votes are being tabulated by a tabulator.

BTW the Triad tabulator is called an ElecTab and we believe it is programmed using Visual FoxPro. Any VFP experts?

10. Just a suggestion...
It would be great if people posted who they are sending it to so that we don't fill up "friendly" (Olbermann, RR, etc.)mailboxes with the same thing.
