Asked that ohio prosecutor gets involved with the case.

Realistically we want the right thing to happen. Namely that we got enough support in and out of the state to persuade those running the EC to realize that holding it up till we get some questions resolved would strengthen the confidence in the electoral college in ohio. This is not an anitbush operation or a sour grapes operation. all we want to do is have this kick in. The SOS there has been amazing in holding back cooperation and being political as he supervises the election. So realistically we want people to realize that there are some serious problems.

Q: that's legal for him to be in charge of both right?

yes, he also administered the nov2 election too. we think that's something that shouldn't ever happen again.

Q: who makes that law?

I think it's more the fed laws allow states to set up their own system.

Q: ok let's get back to the affidavit. says triad made adustments to the tabulateor. what does it mean

what it is interpreted to mean is that if the triad people can come in and adjust the machines prior to the recount and examination of the vote iteself then theres no way anyones gonna find out what really happened. suggests very strongly it was an inappropirate act on their part. Are other triad employees doing the same thing?

Q: Triad welcomes investigation

I'm glad we can enjoy his cooperation but it still raises not only to those of us that have examined it but to the deputy of elections in ohio that was talking person to person to the triad expert. this is what we want to resolve. Not pretending that this ends the matter what we want is an investigation. If it can be explained fine. but it didn't sound like it to EATON that he wasn't doing anything that was improper

Q how much is Kerry helping here? 50 mil left in his warchest

well he has done the following as a result with discussions with JJ. He did send one of his lawyers to the hearings on monday and he has now called for a complete recount in one of the contested counties, delware. seems to be in light of the action of the members of congress that he's moving in the right direction.

did kerry win?

Can't tell you that. enough discrepancies that if they all played out in favor that there is that possibility

9. As far as I can tell it is streamed live, but if you sign on late you can
catch the stream from the beginning, and fast forward past whatever's already happened.

At least that's what I think I did.
