Question: Other states' Presidential no-votes?

How does the number of Presidential no-votes (edit: in Ohio) compare to other states like New York, California, Texas, Florida, etc?

1. under votes?
My guess is they would be higher, if for no other reason that they used punch card ballots in most counties. That's one reason why a hand inspection of ballots is important.
