15. Regarding Henry Nee not being an employee

It looks like YEI is going to play the "what the definition of is is" game regarding Nee. From the timecards you posted, he is clearly marked as a "consultant" and has no employee ID number.

If YEI going to the lengths of already parsing words on the difference between a contractor & and and employee, they are certainly worried about Nee and his connection to their company.

you know, they work on a project, or an issue for the company, does that mean that they don't work for the company because they are not an employee? I don't think that will fly, but nice try. Rethugs, always using technicalities.

26. Security Clearances...

The question of YEI's "Top Secret Security Clearance" and if that entitles them to give use a "non-employee consultant" (if one gives them such a benefit of the doubt) on state contracts and NASA work, etc. is an interesting matter.

We'll be looking into that as we roll along...

I was a little disappointed that there was no follow up on the mysterious dog killing. I hope Curtis has sent his other pets to live with relatives until this blows over. 23. Two things --considering the fact that YEI refuses to give sworn

deposition as you previously reported then in legalese this statement could be considered to be true:
" Mr. Curtis has unsuccessfully sued YEI in the past, making spurious and wild accusations, and none of his claims against YEI have been determined to have merit".

Another legalese: regarding Mr. Nee--if he was listed as a consultant then there would have been a contract between them. He would be considered his own business paying taxes, etc. and therefore would not be an employee.

HOWEVER---It is all a bunch of smoke screen bull shit!!!!!
