1. They are adding election tampering to the suit. |
|
snip>>>
Wednesday, December 15, 2004 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The lawyers for Green presidential candidate David Cobb and Libertarian presidential candidate Michael Badnarik, along with Kerry-Edwards 2004 have added election tampering to a civil suit filed against the state of Ohio over problems with the state's recount, RAW STORY has learned.
The suit, detailed here, alleges that a manufacturer of voting machines, Triad Election Systems, which serves 43 counties in the state, is tampering with the recount. It is unclear exactly what recourse the plantiff's seek; the filing adds on to an orginal suit to have the recount take place before Ohio electors meet, which failed in the courts. Green Party spokesman Blair Bobier did not respond to immediate calls for comment.

8. Now that TRIAD has a dog in the fight |
|
how do they stay "impartial" during the recount? TRIAD will have to mount a defense against the accusations. Very interesting!

22. So if they cannot find the supposed tech guy.. |
|
Will Triad have to cough him up? Wouldn't you love to be a fly on his wall tonight when he is talking to the people who directed him to do all of this...is he going to take one for the team or will we be seeing an affidavit from him soon, also?

5. It is time to demand a handcount! |
|
There has been WAY too much bullcrap already. I don't trust the result because of the illegal activity that has taken place.
Machine "count" = coverup. Hand count = transparency.
THAT is what they should be requesting!
It is time for the Recounters and the Investigators (Arnebeck, Bonifaz, et al.) to join forces and file for an immediate statewide hand recount of every ballot.

A hand recount statewide is better than a 3% recount that may already be compromised by the actions of the company tabulates 41 counties in Ohio, Triad.
But, a recount, no matter how good, will not recapture the votes of those who left because of long lines in mainly Democratic precincts.
A complete revote is justified in any fair world. It would also only take prep time, plus one day to vote. Presumably quicker than the hand count.

I'm kickin' this beeeeyotch up!
I don't say handcount.....I say RE-VOTE. All of the worlds eye on Ohio. Every single polling station being filmed and recorded. I know we had alot of people on the ground this time, but we KNOW what to look for.....anyone presses the button for Kerry and it comes up Bush....you raise your freakin' hand on camera and say excuse me, but this machine is stealing my vote. And most importantly...you get a paper receipt.

17. Hey if this is unresolved, will Kerry be the Senator who contests? |
|
Why can't he contest the results of the election himself? Why does some other senator have to do it? I think there's a decent chance he might in a show of strength and to prove the point that "every vote will count" and since there is suspicion that they wont (even Based on what what the MSM has gotten) and the recount will proceed in an unfair manner, he has decent grounds to contest the election himself
