Since a Recount was paid for, and is being conducted illegally....
shouldn't the GLIBs file a suit in Ohio for fucking breach of contract against the "Ho" Blackheart, and:

1. Demand the recount be done according to the rules
2. Ask for punitive damages from "Ho" Blackheart and the State of Ohio ?

Just asking...

1. There's such a blizzard of criminal behavior in Ohio, one begins to
wonder if its republican strategy. Its their "new reality" thing.

3. These guys are like the worst mobsters I've ever seen or
heard about. They're doing it with impunity and I'm really beginning to get pissed.

7. They shouldn't be allowed to break law; and this isn't a recount so far
Ohio Officials should be both indicted and sued to follow the law regarding open government regs and the recount. They shouldn't be paid for a farce that doesn't have a chance to accomplish the goal of showing whether the results were accurate and fairly counted.

Invalidating the 20 EVs, doesn't shift them to Kerry, and * wins?

I would riot.

6. Then we have to question the machines in all states, by
the time independent computer analysts (hopefully) find the actual tampering, it would throw the whole process into question.

5. I agree but
punitive damages will never be forthcoming, never - believe me! Play up ther re-recount by the rules, for sure. Hey, heads should roll when all is said and done but I'm not holding my breath.

8. I'll tell you what. The rules are starting to look mighty oppressive
to me right now. There's only so much stupidity I can take.
