Triad Rep hack of elections equipment big smoking gun; depositions needed

In an affidavit filed along with the Cobb-Badnarik-Kerry filing that added recount tampering to their lawsuit, Professor of Computer Science Douglas Jones asserts that Triad Election Systems' visits to local Board of Elections compromises the credibility and integrity of the Ohio recount.

< This is big; there needs to be a deposition of the Triad Rep and election office officials asap. How many offices did he hack(coverup fraud) the equipment in before the recount? [br /> How many counties/precincts had compilers tampered with by Triad reps (or others) after the election or before the recount]

1. Arnebeck's suit was to allow depositions of such as this. Has he been noti
notied?? This could break the whole thing open. The elections officials and staff will have to admit manufacturer techs have manipulated the equipment or lie under oath. Not all likely to do that or get away with it.

3. People are not so inherently and fiercely loyal at
that level.

And Bushco can't protect them all.

This could start the landslide - Get Michael Barbian in front of some good interrogation.

What kind of charges can they lay on this guy?

2. Excellent!....
It looks like thry are following the leads.

Given all the tampering, the only real solution is a re-vote.

4. But they need to schedule the depositions asap.
This is an excellent reason to begin the type of investigation that Blackwell has been working hard to prevent. And this is the only way to uncover real fraud.

5. Compromised machines should mean
a full hand count or a re-vote.

6. But hand recounts aren't enough either. Need to look at voter logs also.
Punch cards can be added easily to bring vote total to the previously
determined vote after a hack, if officials have time with the equipment. And they had a month long lock down in this case which was a huge mistake to allow them to do that. Plenty of time to cover up a compiler hack by adding cards. But they would also have to add names to voter log in spaces where someone didn't vote. And it might be possible to detect this(as in Perry county). More than one signature in same handwriting. Do poll of voters to determine if all voted. If one didn't follow up more. When you let them have a month to play with the evidence, it makes it harder to audit results and find wrong doing.
