Is this recount even accomplishing anything?
They're not even allowing the god damn observers to stand close enough to see the frickin ballots! And as far as I know, every county so far, at least a dozen, has matched the initial 3%, which means that the remaining 97% of the ballots are going to get run through the machines, which COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A RECOUNT!??? Until recently, I thought it would all be done by hand, then a couple days ago, I found out about the 3% rule and didn't think much of it, but now I'm realizing how ridiculous it is! Especially in light of the TRIAD bastards runnin around fuckin with the machines! If the main reason for the recount is because we think the machines were rigged, how in the hell is running them through again going to solve anything??? If these 3%s keep matching, that alone is suspiscious! This is getting out of control......

2. I am sure the evidence has already been deleted
I still wish to recount anyway.
I just accept the fact that we got 4 more years of that retard in office

3. Yes it is. Its giving them enough rope to hang themselves with and they
seem to be happy to do so. Triad and Diebold potential criminal incidents already publicized. All these lockdowns and recount halts are good material for lawsuits. Sure, its not the straightfoward legal recount we'd prefer, but nothing has been straightfoward or legal so far, so why would we expect the fraudsters to start playing straight now?

4. Not all hand counts are matching up
At 4 pm today, after failing to get a match of hand counted ballots with punch card tabulator (ESS), two hand counts and two times through machine, after stating they were awaiting a call back from that company to have a new machine delivered, less than 30 seconds later convened a board meeting, voted to suspend recount, to await a new machine from ESS, and recount will be re-done Saturday, same exact precincts, the building is now closed, you are to exit the facility. BOE blaming issues on "machine failure" in order to avoid the now required entire county hand count. Precints were not random, they were selected by BOE, one from the Dem and one from the Repup.

5. I wonder if the third will match???
How can they be allowed to use the machines after all of these stunts? Are Arnebeck and others going to let it slide???

6. The point of the recount seems to be...
...to force fraudsters to do frantic CYA operations, and catch them.

So far, we have gotten:

1) Blackwell to lock down records illegally.
2) Triad to screw with a machine.
3) A BOE to refuse to do a full handcount in violation of the rules.
4) A mysterious overnight visitor to a BOE with insecure ballots.

All of this will be used against them. And I'm sure there is some I am forgetting, and more to come.

Not to mention all the absentee ballot issues that have been identified.

7. Not at all what I hoped
Though with disgust I could accept the fact that my fellow countrymen were stupid enough to vote for b. (I know people use * for him, but that looks like a star, too pretty a symbol for his name) I wouldn't understand him, I'd have no less dread over policies that will be implemented in our name, but if he got more votes...

But I don't feel like I do know that. The voter suppression of obvious dems (minority and poor and college districts) is a horrible thing that we need to deal with...
But I have a deep gut feeling there was fraud and we just can't prove it.
blackwell is to thank for that. All his creepy/illegal pre-election moves were for a cause, supress our votes. If there was not fraud, why did he delay it for the longest times and put up so many blocks? Why not have the process open? Just being a jerk for fun? I think all the time and the clear cut rules made the fraud easier to cover up, selected the right precincts and just called it random or whatever ways they might have.

I am not clear on one point...they count the 3% by hand and then run it through the machine...and if they match it is all machine count.
What isn't clear to me is do the counts just have to match each other or do they also compare it to the original tally that was certified? I assume they must, I just haven't seen it spelled out.

I am sad. It all leaves me feeling not just the horror of these years ahead but still not knowing if there is any chance of an honest election. I was hoping to at least have grounds to demand open process of voting, not hiding behind protected source codes and hackable machines. I hoped in proving fraud we'd also be rid of b. Now it is looking like lose/lose.
